Do I need both products?
No. Each product can be activated on its own. With both you can set up integrations, for example the help button in Tempura that creates tickets in Kanso.
Do employees need an app from the app store?
No. Disporo is a web app that can be installed on the home screen.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. AI replies and AI changes take effect only once a person confirms them.
