Do employees need an app store app?
No. Disporo is a web app: employees open their invite link and add Disporo to their home screen on iPhone, Android or desktop.
How do employees sign in?
With a passkey, fingerprint, face recognition or device PIN. At a kiosk, name plus a 4-digit PIN is enough.
Can I define my own planning rules?
Yes. Minimum gaps, shift lengths, staffing and more are set per organization. Disporo flags drafts that deviate. Which rules apply to your business is up to you.
How do shift swaps work?
Employees offer a shift to a colleague or release it to the pool. Once accepted, a manager confirms the swap.
Does Disporo integrate with payroll and ERP?
Approved hours and absences can be exported per period and handed to other systems by file or API.
