Desks for IT, HR, product support or facilities with categories, forms, priorities and service hours.
Kanso combines service desk and project management. An AI agent takes new tickets, classifies them, searches your knowledge base and prepares notes and replies. Your team reviews, adds and sends. For IT, HR, product support and any other team.
